Delivery

We try to dispatch orders within one or two working days of receiving the full payment. Items are sent using nationwide couriers or Royal Mail.

Please email us at sales@fabrics2cover.co.uk for shipping costs for delivery to destinations outside mainland UK and worldwide orders.

Delivery charges are worked out on the size and weight of your parcel. Prices start from £2.99 and is calculated in your shopping basket.

Please be accurate when filling in your delivery address.

Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not completely satisfied with as long as the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of you receiving that item. We are not responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return of unwanted items unless the items you have received are faulty.

You should always ask for proof of postage for any returned item as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. The cheapest postage option will be refunded in the case of a return because of a fault with the item.
